How Did You Get Started? I wanted to add a little size to my scrawny 12 year old frame, so my parents bought me a small weight set for my 13th birthday.
What Workout Plan Worked Best For You? I kind of do circuit training more or less, trying to hit the gym every second day but usually end up there about 3 times per week. I hate to admit, but I don't have a routine of any kind and never really have. I seldom have the same workout from one time to the next. However I do workout my chest, shoulders and back on the same day, and arms and legs on the same day. I usually do one set of 10 reps for biceps followed almost immediately by a set of 10 reps of legs, then back to a set of 10 reps for triceps followed by another 10 rep set for legs and so on, until I have completed about 4 sets of 10 reps for each muscle group. I basically go to whatever machine or bench is available. I train for at least one hour each time and only rest for a few seconds between sets, which keeps my heart going faster and keeps me leaner. Occasionally I will use about 1/4 to 1/2 of my regular maximum weight, and do sets of 20-30 reps just to mix it up a bit.

What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains?
I used to take Animal Pak and still do occasionally but the Paks contain about 10 pills...too many for my liking. Why Do You Love Bodybuilding? Keeps me in great shape and keeps me looking as young as a 30 year old. I like to be in better shape than most 20 year olds. What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans? I am going into my first competition on April 11 2009 in a natural, tested event. If it goes well, maybe I'll do a few more competitions we'll see.
