How Did You Get Started? I got started in bodybuilding after watching the Mr. Olympia contests with my father. This was around the time Frank Zane was the champion. I was instantly hooked on the sport!

I try to do abs and calves every other day.
What Nutrition Plan Has Worked Best For You? 40% protein, 40% carbs and 20% fat (% of total calories). I reduce the amount of carbs as I approach a contest. I will make up the difference by adding protein.
